Working Together
My work is grounded in the understanding that meaningful psychological change unfolds over time and within a stable therapeutic relationship. I therefore work with individuals on a minimum six-month basis, offering a consistent, high-touch container for depth, continuity and integration.
I accept a limited number of private clients at any one time. This allows me to work attentively and with the level of presence this depth of work requires. Therapy is typically held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on clinical need and capacity, and sessions take place either in person or online.
Our work is tailored to your context and life demands, while remaining anchored in the core principles of Psychological Longevity: emotional coherence, identity agility, relational connectedness, embodied capacity and meaningful direction.
