ABOUT CHARLOTTE

Welcome

Psychotherapist. Educator. Speaker. Human.
My work centres on helping humans remain well, whole and emotionally resilient as technology, economic pressure and constant connectivity accelerate life faster than our psyche was designed to handle. Like you, I am human

Years before I became a Psychotherapist and Coach, I experienced what Brené Brown might call a 'spiritual awakening' - but what at the time I definitely defined as a 'breakdown'! In my early twenties, whilst I was successful on the outside, I was slowly burning out on the inside. At the time I thought my struggle was personal failure, but I later learned that burnout and emotional numbness are predictable responses to a world accelerating faster than our psyche can adapt; these symptoms are signals that the pace of life has exceeded our capacity rather than evidence of weakness. Seeking professional support set me on a new path: I retrained as a psychotherapist and later diversified into life and leadership coaching to explore how humans can remain whole and purposeful amid constant change.

Fast forward to now, and I have developed a Psychological Longevity framework, which defines the lifelong capacity to maintain wellbeing, identity, emotional coherence and meaning in a world that is accelerating faster than the human psyche can naturally adapt. The framework integrates emotional regulation, identity evolution, relational connectedness, embodied capacity and inner meaning and moves beyond symptom management toward long‑term human sustainability. I am passionate about making this education accessible—especially to those who want to be the change they wish to see in the world.

For more than a decade I have immersed myself in psychological health and personal development, working one‑to‑one with clients across the globe and delivering workshops and webinars to teams and organisations. In these spaces I share tools that help people navigate existential crises, heal trauma, cultivate conscious relationships and evolve their leadership.

Off the clock, I wear many hats - wife, mother, bonus‑mum, daughter, sister, friend, student and recovering perfectionist. At the centre of these roles I am human, continually practising what I teach: tending to my own nervous system, embracing identity shifts and finding meaning even as the world continues to accelerate.

Who I work with

I work with individuals, couples, leaders and organisations to cultivate psychological longevity - the lifelong capacity to remain whole and resilient as life accelerates. Whether through therapy, coaching or organisational work, I guide people towards deeper self‑awareness and emotional coherence, identity agility and relational connectedness, helping them build relationships and cultures that can adapt without eroding wellbeing.

I also mentor therapists, sharing insights and strategies to create sustainable practices grounded in these principles. In every setting my focus is conscious, values‑driven transformation that integrates emotion, identity, body, relationships and meaning so that personal growth and professional fulfilment can thrive over the long term.
