These​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​are ​legally​ ​binding.​ Reading ​these​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ in detail ​prior​ ​to​ ​purchase, use​ ​or​ ​access​ ​of​ ​any​ ​of​ my ​products,​ ​including​ ​online​ ​courses is your responsibility. These Terms​ ​and Conditions apply to all Charlotte Braithwaite services. 


Course terms and purchase agreement


All services, products, or courses are provided and owned by Charlotte Braithwaite (“Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”). The term “you” or “your” refers to any user or purchaser of said services(s), program(s) or course(s), (the “Service”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern and define how you are allowed to use and access the Company’s Services. I reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time (see ‘last updated’ section at the top of this page). You are legally bound to these Terms whether or not you have read them.

Service use and consent 


You were given a reasonable notice that these Terms existed when you purchased a Service from me. By moving forward with your purchase of the Service and further use of it, you agreed and continue to agree to follow these Terms, as well as any disclaimers and privacy disclosures contained within. 


Licence (s)


Limited​ ​Licence.​ Subject to and in accordance with these Terms and other guidelines or instructions I include in the Service, I grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable licence (“licence”) to make individual use of the Service, including any courses purchased by you.


Your purchase of any Service only entitles you to view that Service in accordance with the foregoing licence, and is not a purchase of the content constituting or included in the Service. More specifically, unless explicitly authorised in these Terms or by the owner of the materials, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the Service(s). 


The licence is for individual use. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Section or these Terms to any person or entity and any attempt to do so is void.


I reserve the right to terminate your access to the website at any time if I find that you have violated these Terms. I will make every attempt to notify you of any violation of these Terms and give you an opportunity to remedy the violation.


Pricing


Fees for Services are set on the Website. I reserve the right to change Service prices at any time.


Refunds


The services are non-refundable. However, if you are unhappy with the service for any reason, please email me on hello@charlottebraithwaite.com.


Intellectual Property


All images, text, designs, graphics, page layout, icons, videos, logos, taglines, trademarks and service marks are owned by and the property of Charlotte Braithwaite. It is a violation of law to use any of my intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials within the Service is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should I choose to do so, including seeking financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using my intellectual property immediately.


You may

  • Access the Service for your individual use;

  • Download and/or print any Service materials for your individual use.

  • Re-sell or trade your access to the Service;

  • Share the Service with anyone else who has not yet purchased it or opted to receive it;

  • Reprint any portion of the Service, except as set forth above and for your own individual use;

  • Claim ownership or use over any of my intellectual property without my prior written consent, which includes (but is not limited to): copyrights such as course materials, worksheets, workbooks, lessons, videos and more; trademarks such as names, logos, taglines or other unique source identifiers;

  • Use my Service or any related materials and/or communications in an unlawful way or for any illegal or unlawful purpose(s).
